STEP 1: Complete and fill out the MCS Applic
 ation Form STEP 2: Email application, resume/CV, and optional letter of recommendation to education@ncbfaa.org
STEP 3: Wait for the NEI Staff to send you an invoice. Once received, follow the instructions they provide to submit payment.
STEP 4: Once payment has been remitted, NEI will enroll you into the course and send you an email on how to access it. NEI does MCS enrollments every Wednesday morning between 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. EST.
