Accessing Your Company Account

 

All NCBFAA Members have a designated Company Representative and or Company Rep Plus, responsible for keeping the company’s NCBFAA account information updated as it changes. All Company Reps are provided with a username and password to access and manage the company account on the NCBFAA website. These company login credentials also provide access to member-only resources and materials that cannot be viewed without first logging into the system and obtaining a username and password.
 
To login and view your company profile, visit members.ncbfaa.org and click Company Profile Login. You will be directed to the System Logon page where you will enter your company’s username and password.
 
Forgot your username and password? No worries. Simply click the link provided on the System Logon page to request your login credentials.
 
Company Detail    
The company detail lists contact information, member information and general information pertaining to your company. Be sure to keep your company’s contact information up to date as changes occur so you won’t miss out on important information provided by NCBFAA in various forms of delivery.
 
Modify Company Record    
As your company’s contact and general information changes, you’ll need to make those changes by clicking Modify Company Record. Once you have made the necessary changes, click the Submit Changes button to save your information.       
 
Modify Branch Locations
You can review, update and/or remove your company’s branch office locations. To add a branch office click Add a Branch Location, complete the required fields on the form and click the Submit Changes button to save your information
 
Modify Affiliate Locations    
You can review, update and/or remove your company’s affiliate office locations. To add an affiliate location click Add an Affiliate Location, complete the required fields on the form and click the Submit Changes button to save your information
 
Modify Staff Listing    
You can review, update and/or add staff to the organization by clicking Modify Staff Listing. Once you have made necessary changes, click the Save Change button to save your information.       
 
Change Password    
At any time while in your company’s profile you may click Change Password to view or change your login credentials. Once you have made your changes, click the Submit button to save your information.       
 
Recent Transactions   
Clicking Recent Transactionsshows a detailed listing of all activity on your company’s account. Order numbers are provided and can be referenced when contacting NCBFAA with questions regarding your orders/activity.
 
Order History
Order History provides you with all of your company’s orders spanning a five year period.
