Creating an Individual Profile

All individuals of NCBFAA Member Companies can

Once your profile is created, you will be provided a username and password to access the account on the NCBFAA website. These individual login credentials provide access to member-only resources and materials that cannot be viewed without a username and password. Additionally, your individual account will also be linked to the respective member company, which ensures that you can access member-only materials.

Please fill in the requested information as completely as possible. Should you choose to purchase anything or register for any event in the future; the system will use this data to automatically populate the fields required for the specific transaction.

Accessing Your Individual Profile

To login and view your individual profile, visit

members.ncbfaa.org and click Individual Profile Login. You will be directed to the System Logon page where you will enter your individual username and password.

Forgot your username and password?

No worries. Simply click the link provided on the System Logon page to request your login credentials.

Person Detail

The person detail lists your contact information, member information and general information pertaining to your account. Be sure to keep your contact information up to date as changes occur so you won’t miss out on important information provided by NCBFAA in various forms of delivery.

Modify My Record

As your contact and general information changes, you’ll need to make those changes by clicking

Modify My Record. Once you have made the necessary changes, click the Submit Changes button to save your information.

Change Company Affiliation

When your company affiliation changes, be sure to request a change in your record. You may request this change by clicking

Change Company Affiliation and add any note you wish to be reviewed. Once you have made your changes, click Submit (Email) and your information will be submitted to be changed.
