Russell Statman, Esq., has practiced commercial law on behalf of FDA-regulated businesses for more than twenty-five years.  He has argued cases requiring interpretation of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act before the United States Court of Appeals.  Mr. Statman has an A.B. degree from Princeton University and a Juris Doctorate from the Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review.  He co-founded Registrar Corp in 2003.

 

Registrar Corp provides compliance services for manufacturers, exporters, and importers regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.  Services for the cosmetics, food and beverage, drug, and medical device industries are offered on a fixed-fee basis.  Registrar Corp is made up of 140 people worldwide, with 80 staff members based in the U.S., including former FDA officials, scientists, and Regulatory Specialists.
