Troy P. Riley

       Executive Director Riley serves in the Office of Trade, leading organizational change to establish the Trade Remedy Law Enforcement Directorate and provide strategic leadership and direction for implementing new congressional tools to advance CBP’s trade enforcement efforts.

       Before taking on executive challenges, Mr. Riley was the Director, Program Analysis and Measures with the PPAE division of OFO, responsible for developing program analytics, accurate reporting mechanisms and played an integral role in the refinement and acceptance of the workload staffing model.

       Mr. Riley holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Psychology, and Human Service Counseling from Wayne State College, Nebraska.   In 2012, Mr. Riley earned a Master of Science degree in National-Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces at the National Defense University in Washington, DC.

       Mr. Riley’s most important role and privilege is to be Kendra Riley’s husband, and father to Luke (10) and Tylor Joseph (TJ) Riley (8).
