Karen Rzeszutko

 

With over 25 years of insurance industry experience, Karen Rzeszutko is Roanoke Claims Services’ Assistant Vice President Professional Liability Claims in Chicago, IL. She is responsible for adjusting complex Shipper’s Interest, NVOCC Legal Liability, Air Legal Liability, Warehouse Legal Liability, Motor Truck Cargo, Continent Motor Truck Cargo and Errors and Omissions claims. Karen attends numerous mediations and has extensive experience with depositions.

 

As a coauthor, Karen is a contributor to the transportation industry publication Heavy Lift & Project Forwarding International. She has delivered cargo insurance workshops and seminars to numerous clients. She is also a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance and on the Alternative Dispute Resolution sub-committee as well as the Insurance Fraud Committee.

 

Previously as Manager Broker/Forwarder Services for Roanoke Trade, Karen was responsible for the overall budget of both the marine and bond departments. Her previous insurance experience includes Claims Supervisor for The Hartford and Marine Claims Adjuster for Intercargo Insurance Company while she gained valuable experience as an Assistant Underwriter Contract Surety, Assistant Underwriter Professional Liability Errors and Omissions and Customs Claims Representative.
