U.S. Export Controls: BIG Changes on the Horizon
Precis: There are changes on the horizon impacting U.S. Exports. This panel will address forthcoming regulatory changes including the impact of CBP’s automated manifest, as well as the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and Census Routed Export Transaction notices of proposed rulemakings (NPRMs). We will also discuss challenges that freight forwarders face complying to U.S. Export Controls, especially with regard to eCommerce transactions.
