.Jose (Joe) D. Martinez is currently Branch Manager for Russell A. Farrow (U.S), Inc. in Laredo, TX. Prior to this, Joe held management positions with companies recognized in the industry and he received his Customs Broker License in 1997 during his 15 years with Rudolph Miles and Sons, Inc.
As a Licensed Customs Broker for over 20 years and brokerage experience for more than 30 years, Joe has broad industry experience and expertise in customs brokerage, sales, customer service, compliance, logistics, warehousing and operations. He is a member of the Laredo Licensed U.S. Customs Brokers Association (“LLUSCBA”) where he currently presides as the treasurer of the association; he is also a Chairman of the LLUSCBA Education Committee and serves on the Customs Committee.
The LLUSCBA Education Committee offers training and seminars concerning U.S. Customs and PGA regulations and programs not only for Customs Brokers and Forwarders, but all Trade Stakeholders that are involved in the international supply chain. Through his industry and association engagement, Joe frequently brings issues to CBP during their monthly meetings in support of the broader trade community. |
