Now in its 46th year, the NCBFAA Annual Conference brings together more than 600 of the international trade industry's top representatives from around the United States. For four days in San Antonio, TX, the nation's leading customs brokers, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, OTIs and service providers gather to update themselves on industry developments and to connect with colleagues new and old.

All current NCBFAA Members and potential Regular, Affiliate, and Associate Members are strongly encouraged to consider joining us for the industry event of the year, the 2019 NCBFAA Annual Conference, where you will:

Because importers and exporters (NEI Professional Members) may attend various NEI webinars and participate in G.TEC as well as NEI Case Studies to obtain the required CEUs throughout the year, NEI Professional Members who are ineligible for NCBFAA Regular, Associate or Affiliate Membership may no longer participate in either the NCBFAA Annual Conference or the NCBFAA Government Affairs Conference.

NCBFAA CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a registration, please notify us via email to dwilliams@ncbfaa.org or fax to (202) 466-0226. Refunds will be processed subject to a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after 3/22/2019, except for Exhibitor registrants, registration substitutions, for this event only, are acceptable anytime.

 

If paying by other than credit card, registration will not be valid until payment is received. For those transactions, the early bird rate will only apply if payment is received by 3/8/2019. Otherwise, the registration will be canceled and you will have to re-register at the next higher rate. Additionally, after 3/8/2019, payment for the Annual Conference must be made by credit card only.
