Arnold, Laurie

Laurie Arnold is the Vice President of Compliance at JAS Forwarding USA Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this appointment, she was the Regulatory Compliance Officer leading the corporate compliance department since 2007.

Laurie grew up in the transportation/logistics industry.  At a young age, she began working in her family’s business and was able to gain a wealth of knowledge that created a pathway for success.

Laurie has experience and expertise in several areas including but not limited to Customs, import, and export regulations, trucking, corporate compliance, C-TPAT and more. She is CCS and CES certified.

Laurie is very passionate about her professional career. She is actively involved with industry related associations and is currently the NCBFAA Legislative Chairperson and the previous Chairman of the Board for Atlanta International Forwarder’s & Broker’s Association (AIFBA). She has held the position as President of AIFBA from 2013 until 2016.  Prior to holding the title of President, she served holding the positions of Vice President and Treasurer, and currently is the Government Affairs Coordinator for the State of Georgia.
