Memberships are for one calendar year running from January 1 to December 31 and are renewed annually.

Regular Member

Open to firms regularly engaged in business as licensed customs brokers, licensed ocean freight forwarders, international air cargo agents, and non-vessel operating common carriers located within the limits of the United States, its possessions and territories. Each Regular Member firm has one vote in Association matters. This encompasses the firm’s branches, affiliates, subsidiaries or related companies.

 

 

Dues (Dues are based on number of Employees directly involved in Broker/Forwarder activities)

 

 

1-7 Employees $625 (firms with more than 7 employees, use the following)

 
Employers with 8 - 15 - $80 per employee Employers with 48 - 78 -$75 per employee
Employers with 16 - 47- $76 per employee Employers with 79 - 81 - $72 per employee

 

Maximum $5,875 Plus $45 per 100 employees for firms with 100 or more

 

 

(Your employee count should include those engaged in activities directly relating to customs brokerage/compliance, drawback, international or domestic freight forwarding, salespersons and/or NVOCC operations including supervisors. Warehouse workers, truck drivers, couriers, printer operators, temporary labor and other business support positions such as accounting, human resources, IT, etc. may be excluded unless their primary duty is to support the operations named above.)
